How can I change an email password?

Changing passwords for any mailbox can be done through the SiteE@se control panel. Access details for the panel are provided when you first become a SiteE@se client.

  1. Log in to the Control Panel by clicking the name of your Package in the Dashboard and using the Log in to Control Panel button.
  2. Select 'Manage' on the hosting package that contains the mailbox you wish to change the password on.
  3. Choose 'Email Accounts' under 'Email'.
  4. Simply locate the required mailbox and enter a new password (minimum 8 characters) and click "Update". The new password will have been successfully saved.
Note: You will not be able to recover the old password for the mailbox. We do this to increase your security.
