When can I request Remote Support?

Remote support is available to clients with a support plan. Occasionally, a remote screen sharing session may be required to resolve a local issue or provide training on managing your website. If you feel that this may be required, please raise a support ticket in the first instance, providing as much information as possible.

If you do not have a support contract it is possible to purchase 1:1 ad-hoc support on an hourly basis.
